MA Thesis – film script

Well its mid June 2012 and any day now I am due to start my masters thesis, which is the movie script of Geraldine.

Strange how fast the time had gone, and strange to think of what I will be doing next.

There is talk if some sales consultancy work on an adhoc basis which would be great, as it would mean I could continue with my studies while I work part time.

So I am thinking of a Phd in Theatre or a MA in Theatre – thats the great thing about a generic course in ‘Professional Writing’ it provides an environment where I can try out different types of writing and discover what I am best at.

So now is the calm before the storm, waiting for the serious writing to begin- exciting isnt it?

  1. Scary how fast the time has gone – it hardly seems like any time at all since we started the course, and now we are in the final stretches!

I’ve been thinking about what to do next myself, and I’m hoping to take a PhD in Creative Writing by practice, but the when is all dependent on funding, timing and a million other little things that make up real life.

Glad things are going so well for you Joan, you’re a sweetie and you deserve it.
