# 98 ‘Play on’ at Dublin Theatre Festival

Myself and Jackie – who Charlie refers to as ‘your scriptwriter friend’ – have submitted Ruby and Scarlett to the Dublin Theatre Festival.  Now we just need to keep our collective fingers crossed until 16th April when we will hear if we are progressing to the next stage.

There are some excellent plays which have toured nationally after being treated with TLC and a shot of creative know-how!  So even if we don’t progress we will get to see some excellent first time playrights at the Theatre Festival this October.

Mind you – not that I am bias but I could sure do with a lucky break in life, and I am sure Jackie wouldn’t say no either.

Collective Positivity please 🙂
