#83 Grease is the Word!!

Olivia Newton John I have never claimed to be, but I gave her a bloody good run for her money this afternoon!

We downloaded some trial games for our Kinnect, and one was ‘Lets Dance’ with Fireworks from Lady Gaga, and Grease for me!!

In the past it would take me two or three weeks of going to a step class to pick up all the moves and keep in time. But tonight me and kids (and then as super duper solo) did the dance routines.

It gets quite competitive as I always wanted to improve on my last highest score- sweating much? It’s the work out for me!! Such a laugh, I had tears running down my face, plus there are random pics taken which you aren’t aware of until the end 🙂

They are like the pics at the scary part of the roller coaster, only worse. So one leg was kicking in the wrong direction and the arms were definitely doing a free style 🙂

Such a laugh!!

Can’t wait for tomorrow when me and Aoife are going White water rafting in Central America!!!

85 cent!!! Better positive than that? Anyone??

I love workouts that are fun and don’t feel like a workout until it is over, and then again the next morning when you are stiff. Keep dancing!

  2. Just need to get Joan the Olivia Newton John outfit from the end of the film keep it up pet

Great, and so I was leisurely looking at these reviews and then I spotted that thought from Rachel — and figured that I just had to interact, I mean how could I let that go down?
